PSD usage still not credited

After almost 12 months of taking out a contract with MTN (always been a Vodacom customer) I find out that MTN never allocated my 250MB data bundle to my package. Needless to say on querying with them, I received an sms on the 10 April 2013 confirming that R1500.00 was due to me. It is now 2 months later and I have still not received tha allocation to my account, Yet they keep debiting the monthly charges! I have contacted the call centre on numerous occassions and still no response. No one comes back to me and the service is absolutely shocking. I cannot wait for my contract to expire so I can change SP's! I have no further option but to now turn to the CPA and take the legal route! I cannot beleive the service MTN provides, I have never experienced such bad service before! Wake up MTN!
