UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!! FORCED TO PAY FOR NO SERVICE

THIS IS THE SECOND REPORT NOW!!! ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE IVE TAKEN OUT A NEW CONTRACT WITH CELLC AT THEIR GATEWAY STORE, IVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONSTRUCTIVE FEED BACK SINCE . IM FORCED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THE NETWORK CANT NOT PROVIDE ME WHICH IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT IN TERMS OF THE CPA SECTION 14!!! I ASKED FOR MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED ON THE 3RD DAY (26/05/2013), THE MANAGER AT THE STORE ASHNA SAID TO ME THAT I CAN NOT DO THAT .AND ITS NOT COMPANY POLICY AS WELL AS THERES NO COOLING OF PERIOD.SO SHE ASKED ME TO FILL IN A NETWORK INVESTIGATION FORM AND SAID THAT I WILL BE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS SO THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO MY HOUSE AND TEST THE SIGNAL IT 2 WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS COME I STILL CAN NOT USE MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 TO GO ONTO THE INTERNET AT HOME. AND IM FORCED TO PAY R400 PM FOR THIS! I WANT THIS TO END NOW JUST CANCEL MY CONTRACT URL MADE ME WAIT FOR SO LONG WITH NO AVAIL I HATE CELLC, DONT DEAL WITH THIS NETWORK FELLOW CONSUMERS!!!
