No help with dispute - 5 contracts to be cancelled

Due to an unattended dispute on 1 of 5 contract no's (which I feel still needs to be resolved), I have been disconnected since Sept. 2012 and although I have paid the disputed account R5364.53, 3 of the 5 no's are still disconnected and with "legal dept." although they are still being paid for every month. 2 of the contracts are in credit by? R6000 and? R1000 respectively which will apparently be lost on upgrade which was due in 2012. Although both contracts (R1200 pm each) have expired we are unable to change them to lesser amounts due to the fact that the account is with legal dept. We are thus forced to pay the contract amounts even though 3 are still disconnected since Sept. 2012. I have had little or no response from JOHAN SCHUTTE of the North West MTN since 15 April except that my account is with "management" & continue paying for non-existent service. What will become of my credit on all 5 contracts & why will we lose it on upgrade. At this stage I am considering no upgrade & changing to another service provider. I am really disappointed with MTN and would definitely not recommend them to anybody.
