EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

For a whole week now I have had pathetically slow internet (it takes about an hour to download a 236KB file). I am paying for an 1Mbit ADSL line. And what can an individual do?

subtract the a % from the monthly account? NO, then they cut your line off and send you a ridiculous Penalty Fee.

Call help center? NO, if you are lucky enough to get hold of someone, they tell you its your modem, but the whole town has the problem.

Telkom is just one big bully and they know that these days you can not to anything to them because the whole system is Corrupt.

And please do something about your consultants most of them can't even speak English, and some of their reply to everything is just "Restart your modem".

I do not expect to get any help from Telkom because I know from previous times that the just answer the Hello peter query then you never hear from them again. Typical of our countries "Tomorrow is another day" mentality!
