I took out a cellphone contract with Cell C at the end of Apr 2013 for a monthly charge of R399 with 100min, 100sms, 100mb & additional 300mb for 24mnths. 2nd May, my line was suspended because they said I had reached my call limit (uncommunicated call limit of R400) to internet usage. I disputed only to find they hadn't loaded the additional 300mb, my query was sorted & was credited with R111, account came to R428 for May, I paid it. 9th June my account was now R988 owing to Cell C? Logged a query, they said it's monthly charge of R399 plus call charges of R400 and some recurring data that is being loaded WITHOUT my authorization. The R400 call charges is actually for 560MB . Cell C charges 15c per MB out of bundle, but I don't have a idea how they got to R400 & none of the 6 consultants that I dealt with has been able to explain this. 9th July a Cell C payments Consultant calls me and was down right rude accusing me of defaulting whereas I've used the service, said they will submit my details to credit bureau & she immediately suspended my line. 16th Jul I receive an email saying credit of R223 will be passed. I'm refusing this, it's wrong still. My line is still suspended!
