TELKOM ADSL internet

I have an ADSL Telkom 2GB line installed at my house and I am lucky if I get 0.4GB download speed 90% of the month. The 1st three months after installation the speed and service was great - but that was the last!!! I have sent numerous complaints to Telkom and then my line would be up & running for a week (if I am lucky) and then back to my 0.4GB speed. I am paying R499 for this service and currently have to use my VODACOM modem to write this report / message. I am staying in Ext 22, Secunda Mpumalanga. This is my last "try'" before I start looking for a new Internet service provider in Secunda!!!
