ADSL line doesn't work all the time intermitted

A Telkom technician came to my house to check as the ADSL line was not working. He tested it and it was working so I explained the fact that at times it works and at times it does not work! He had the odasity to tell me that the modem does not work. I had the modem checked and the modem does work! Proof that it works it was connected at 19h11 minutes today and then the line disappeared. He said he would charge me for a call out! Now I expect Telkom to pay for my petrol and cost to test the modem and all the costs I have paid to my service provider! Your technician "Victor" is incapable of sorting out my problem as he was so quick to pass the buck onto my equipment. I did warn him that he would be paying my costs if he did not do his job correctly versus me paying Telkom a call out fee!

Now telkom the shoe is on the other foot! You pay me my callout fees and my Internet costs that I have been paying for no service received whatsoever due to your Technician.!
