Account overcharge and bad customer service

Im a very fustrated MTN customer, I had two contracts with Mtn and now i did an upgrade and regret doing that, with all my contract phones I had problems with them overcharging me. Recently i called on the 7th of May 2013 to change my account details and my debit order date to the 7th of every month and spoke to Siyabonga who reassured me that everything was done, on the 8th i got an sms confirming that my account details are changed and my debit day is the 7th, . On the 31st May MTN went into my account, and now i had to pay for the return debit order of R90, i called them again on the 1st of june and spoke to Nhlanhla who told me tat my debit day is still the 31st even though i got an sms confirming the change, she said she will change it, a few minutes later i got an sms confirming the change in the debit date. Again on the 7th of June MTN went to my account and double debited me, i called and spoke to Khenjwella who was very unhelpful andjust told me that i wont get my money back. Its amazing that a monthly payment of R329 can amount to R870 in one month. I have lost hope in MTN and its call centre staff.
