Customer of telkom for a long time. my debit order has been 31st/last day of every month.
Feb 2013 "The System" changed my debit order date and never changed it back to its normal date of 31st/last day of every month. It was changed without my consent and with no notification of change, i get paid on 31st/last day of every month. i have a document to prove of payment dates since dec 2012.
Went into Middelburg mall on telkom 27 April 2013 to query and change back my debit date to the original 31st/last day of every month. it was done in store... then Again May 2013 27th the debit was negatively deducted and a Debit order levy of R160.67 was charged AGAIN for what??? i didn't change the debit date!!!
Phoned Customer care spoke to Wayne Geswindt (Ref: 26926360 he changed the debit date back to the 31st/last day of every month. (But i changed it in store on 27 April?!) and he said that i will be credited for R160.67 it was a mistake from telkom's side "The System" he also said that if its not corrected that we must phone again with above REf#. Now for the next 6 months i have to go make manual payments as well due to "The System"
I WILL NOT PAY FOR TELKOM'S ADMITTED MISTAKE
