Debit order date not advised correctly

I joined the BonCap Medical aid scheme from BONITAS on the 20/June/2013 I sent my application and got a response from one of their consultant confirming receipt of my new application, she neglected to advise me on the debit order date they would start debiting my bank account, I also did not ask as i sent through my payslip I also assumed it would go hand in had with my salary date as was with my old medical aid. I found out on the 24th of june when i called the contact centre that Bonitas use the First of every month as their debit order date, i advised consultant to change debit order date to the 25th, he advised me to sent an email to their Finance department which i did, i received no response debit order went of on the 01-of July of the month i called their contact centre advised debit order date was still incorrect i asked the bank to return the debit order as bonitas did not effectively communicate with me. i sent an email on the 03-of July requesting for someone to confirm with me if the new debit order date was captured, no one from their finance department borthered to even send me an email confirming that on the 25 of july to my suprise i got a double debit on my account
