Poor service which I must pay for!!!

My salary payment date changed and I called the call centre on 17th January 2014 to inform Direct Axis. I spoke to a call centre agent Maruwaan who put me through to the relevant department. After 15 minutes, no one picked up as my airtime was depleted. I then called back and spoke to someone else who informed me that because of my previous call, my profile is already open and she wont be able to log into my account. She assured me that I will receive a call from Direct Axis confirming the debit order date change. To date, it still did not receive a call from Direct Axis and I then decided to call them today on 21 January 2014. I spoke to Nikita who then informed me that it is too late to change my date as the debit orders are sent through already. I am livid by now and asked her to put me through to her manager as I am not paying bank charges for their incompetency. I was then put on hold for 15 minutes until my air time ran out again! I then called again and spoke to Rashieda who then called me back and put Zimkita (team leader) on the line who STILL could not help me - she could not even change my debit order date. Shame on you Direct Axis - never doing business with you again!
