Debit order date not changed

Towards the end of March I called the call centre to change my debit order date from the 26th to the end of the month, I was told it would only be effective as of April which I clearly understood. so the debit order bounced for March and i got charged R160.00 by my bank for it. I went and paid Cell C at Nedbank and faxed through the proof of payment and my account was restored. I called again beginning of Arpil and spoke to Lee-Roy and he reassured me that the debit order has changed. On the 26th of April, Cell C debited my account, fortunately there was enough money in my account, I was not going to be charged another R160.00. I find it very irritating for a prominent company to have such incompetent staff. I sent an email to to customer services on 30 April and I haven't gotten a response. I demand an explaination as to why the date has not been changed.
