I am sick and tired of Cell C. I wish I could cancel my contract. I have to complain here everytime I have a problem. I stopped my debit order in April as I have tried to change my debit order date but to no avail. In April however, after stopping the debit order you debited my account without my authority on a date which I did not agree to. This added to my bank charges as I did not provide for the debit order in this account. R120.
I phoned again in May to change the debit order date but could not get hold of the call center. After complaining here a lady phoned me and the change was made. She however requested me to manually pay the outstanding amount as the debit order will only take effect in June. I paid Cell C. My account was up do to date but then Cell C however saw it fit to debit my account AGAIN on a date which I did not agree to. AGAIN extra bank charges. R120.00. I want you to refund the credit on my account along with the extra bank charges you caused on my account.BY LAW YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON A DATE TO WHICH I DO NOT AGREE!!! Spoke to Siyabonga at JHB and Tumniso Motsepe and am still waiting on feedback. You owe me R560.50
