42 Days!

I changed my debit date and got confirmation on the 9th of July my debit date was changed to the 7th of Aug.but my account was still debited on the 1st of Aug. When i called them after that they told me it take 42 day for your debit date to change then they send me a sms my debit order was returned and i must the amount R386.81 I then called them to say they can debit my acc and then they debit the amount of R750.41 I then called them again and spoke to Shantal Wangra on the 07/11 and up till today she never came back to me yet
