I did an upgrade in April of which the phone had a fault a month later. I personally took it to the head office in Midrand and it is now 3 weeks waiting. No courtesy call or any sort f notification to advise on the progress on my phone. When phoning the so called call centre or retentions office, none of the incompetent staff members have a clue of what is going on. All they can do is just blind transfer my calls with no joy at all. I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager but the staff blatantly and no one wants to take ownership. I just spoke to a bunch of pathetic liars and untrustworthy staff members which has left me with one option and that is to terminate this contract and i do not want the phone anymore or any dealing with this. I will take my business else where as it is in my legal right to cancell any deaings with suppliers who provide poor and pathetic service such as this. I am utterly disgusted at the treatment i received and would not recommend anyone to do business with such an institution. You present yourself as a member of ethics of south africa, i'd be dammed to think your staff know what that even means.
