Absolutely disgusted with their RUDE staff!!!

I purchased a lounge suite from Furniture City last week and one of your rude staff members were calling to follow up on the progress of my lounge suite.
I did not get her name as she was not clear, however I believe the calls are recorded as per your rude staff member I dealt with - the call details are as follows call time was 11h45 on 09/10/2013 and we spoke for 3 minutes.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service of your staff, she put the phone down on me as I told her clearly: "She was mumbling and I could not hear her" She then proceeded to tell me I don't need to tell her she is mumbling I must just tell her I can't hear her.
I AM THE CLIENT, I DON'T APPRECIATED BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT.

This is the first time I'm dealing with African Bank and will definitely be the last, I shall let all my colleagues, family members and friends know how shocking and rude your staff members are to their clients.

She also mentioned the debit order come off my account the 2nd December, I'm not accepting that as I did notify Furniture City that it needs to come off on the 5th day of the month and if that falls on a weekend then the Friday before.
