POOR SERVICE BY CALL CENTRE STAFF

I have now had enough, I have now been trying for 3 days to phone Standard Bank as we are interested in getting more information regarding the Consolidated Loan that is available from Standard Bank. I started phoning on Thursday 30/05/2013 and up until today 03/06/2013 I have not spoken to ONE person that could assist me. When you phone you hold on for ages before anybody answers up to 17 min at a time, or someone does eventually answer the phone but no one seems to have a clue what you are talking about and keeps giving me different numbers to phone or I must hold on they will put me through to someone that can assist me and guess what USELESS BUNCH OFF CALL CENTRE STAFF can not help me after 3 days, I am really not happy with the service don't they get training on "services" available? Well it doesn't look like it. On Friday 31/05/2013 I did speak to someone and was promised that she would get someone to phone us back regarding the info we need and guess what AGAIN NO ONE CALLED US BACK AND WE ARE ACTUALLY NOT SURPRISED because it is obviously just another useless, stupid, pathetic staff member that I spoke to. Employ people that can talk and with a bit of a brain.
