Pathetic service and incompetent staff

My ordeal started in March 2013, after buying furniture from Russell's, only to have damaged goods delivered to me. It was replaced with a new item of my choice but once again the goods were damaged now on the third replacement after being left without a lounge set for an entire month and a half I was sent another damaged set, which has been assessed by the complaints department of the store but to date after even paying and closing this account I am still sitting with damaged goods. I am disgusted because I was even sent to Grafton Everest to choose a set when the store was aware that there was nothing there within my price range. When I phone the store the staff pretend as if they don't know me asking for all my details and transfer me from staff to staff to avoid matters at hand, when I asked for the head office number to complain I was told they do not know it. I have been to the store in October to made arrangements with the store manager to have the furniture replaced but nothing has been done. I am frustrated, the staff are pathetic, they are liars. They have no ethics no compassion and they are incompetent and have poor costumer care. All I want is my furniture replaced.
