Budget Rent A Car
STRANDED BY LOW BUDGET STAFF!!!

June 20th my rental car from BUDGET won't start. We call the call centres, after hours numbers and the assist numbers and they all put us through to the King Shaka office but there is no answer! Eventually we find a mobile number on the website and we speak to Genevieve Drake about the situation and she assures us she will handle it and sort it out. After waiting 30 minutes and not hearing from her we call the number again but there is no answer. We leave message after message and eventually we give up on Budget and their pathetic staff members and get A BREAKDOWN COMPANY TO HELP US WITH THEIR CAR! The part that gives me satisfaction is that the company I work for has a NATIONAL DEAL with budget and this deal is now under review as the company cannot have their staff put at risk due to incompetent suppliers. Hopefully without a national deal Budget can rid itself of pathetic staff members
