Pathetic and Horrible Service

Hi

I am utterly disappointed with the service from the staff of Game. I went to purchase clover milk and baby soft toilet paper (both on special) on 26/08/2013 and ended up waiting in the store for over 45 min for someone to assist me as there was nothing on the shelves. Staff members are walking down the aisles hand in hand like they on a date. I spoke to four different staff members who said they will check while the other one assured me they have stock at the back. After the long wait, one staff member returned with only 2 boxes of milk. I asked for low fat but they told me that was all they had. I don't know if they are speaking the truth or just LAZY to unpack. I settled for the full cream milk and was told that the baby soft toilet paper was sold out. I returned to the store after purchasing the milk as i required other items which i forgot and to my surprise i saw staff members with 18's pack of baby soft toilet paper in there hands. Where on earth did it come from if it supposedly was sold out. It seems to me as if staff at Game Lenaisa are LIARS and LAZY to do there job. So disappointed, its pathetic to have such useless people.
