Autopage
Autopage fails to deliver!

After registering 2 upgrades with several promises to hand deliver mobile phones, 4 weeks have lapsed without delivery!!! Several staff members including, but not limited to, Girly, Bianca, Stanton, Collin (upgrades manager) and Arnold made numerous promises to arrange delivery of the phones with no avail! Making matters worse, the manager, having made promises proceeded on leave without having the courtesy to resolve our problem, or provide feedback as to the status of the problem. The behaviour of these staff members, was unprofessional and left a bitter taste after a long standing relationship with Autopage. In order to gain some traction in attaining the phones, we had to personally collect upgraded phones at the Altech Autopage branch in Vodacom World, where it has to be said that 2 staff members, Keith and Pretty were very helpful!!
