Charged for internet, that I am not using

I have had this contract for over 12 months, continued from my prev contract of 2 years and have been a Autopage contract holder for approx 6 years.

My monthly bill for the last 3 years has been on average R 300 and R 500. But, a month ago, I received a bill for over R 700 to my astonishment. I have not done anything different on the internet over the last 3 years with this contract and I get this horrendous bill.

I have complained, visited the Canal Walk branch personally, to be told its correct - I should be charged for internet, even when I have BIS plan and spent 45 minutes on the phone 2 days ago with technical and the customer service - technical indicated I needed an URL statement, then back to customer service to get this done, I am still waiting on this 48 hours later. My bill for this month is over R 1, 000. I want to see what I am being charged for, what websites. This is ridiculous.

My phone went in for repairs 2 months ago, now suspiciously, this is happening and no one from Autopage is giving me assistance.

WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? This is not me that is using this internet or downloading.
