I upgraded in March 2013 - wrong phone was delivered, took them 1 month to book the phone back in, I had to call 7-8 times to find out what was happening and speaking to 6-7 different people, in April I spoke to a person whom assisted me and again we had to go through the whole process, he said that I would get 2 months free subscription, they gave me a credit of R200, 00 but the contract amount was wrong @ R433.00, now the following month they charged me even more, R500.01 instead of R389.00, nevermind the 2 free months. Conversations was recorded- not R200 credit, I should of had credit of R778.00, and confirmed that on recording as well. I have all the e-mails from day 1 on all the complaints. A lady called Jennifer phoned me to find out how my experience was with upgrading. I forwarded her all mails. I had more than a R1000 airtime on my phone which he said I won't loose, what happend, all is gone. I had numerous conversations, mails back and forth with Jennifer whom was, is supposed to assist me, nothing is happening. I'm sick and tired of this mess, NEVER EVER CELL C AGAIN!!! been a customer for 9 years. I'm discouraging everybody from using Cell
