Upgrade Contract Incorrect

I upgraded my phone and contract a few months ago. I was on a weekender contract with BIS and upgraded to an anytime contract with BIS. Did it through the call centre and went to the main office in Midrand to sign and collect. I told them I want exactly what I had on the previous contract but anytime minutes. Since the upgrade I have been charged for Data. When contacting the call centre initially I was told all kind of stories as to what the charges were for. It finally came to light that BIS was never added to my upgrade contract. When the call centre finally realised that the BIS was actually not added to my contract they finally added it. But now I am still incurring data charges, because I am now on the "new BIS". This is unacceptable as my original request was for the original BIS last year and if the call centre correctly identified what the additional charges were for on my original enquiries months ago, I would have had the old BIS connected.

I have requested a copy of my signed contract for months now and there is always an excuse why it cannot be sent to me. Please send me a copy of my telephonic contract agreement and the physical contract I signed.
