Cell C is billing me for data I have NEVER used

I am Cell C customer for a very very long time now. I have never missed payments on contract as well. i have now upgraded my contract and for the past 3 months my bill has been exhorbitant. Upon querying the bill with the company i received SMS's saying the billing is correct. To check if I am the guilty party I put in my sim card in the old handset which I upgraded from. The upgraded handset (which seems to be the problem) has been swtiched off since the last billing at the end of Oct 2013. Now in Nov 2013 I received an even higher bill for data which I HAVE NOT USED!!! How come. I can't always be wrong here. Why must I pay for something I HAVE NOT USED!!! They just sms me and notify me that the billing is correct. No face to face intersction or fone call. I have been loyal to their company why can't they do the same to their loyal customers. I am just told that I have been using the phone. One typical example is at 1am that I apparently downloaded stuff. I am sleeping at that time. I want a refund on these accounts but obviously it cannot be done as they say I am usign the data. I AM NOT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING!!!
