SICK AND TIRED OF PAYING FOR BAD SERVICE

I upgraded my contract in March or April for a S3 mini. I realized that in the second month I was still being charged BIS services and was charged for the activation fee AGAIN. I called the call center twice I think, just to make sure that this was sorted out and that I would get the refund. During my third call on Monday 17/06/2013, I was told that only the refund for the activation fee was done and not the amount for BIS for two months.. I had to go through the process of cancelling the BIS yet again, which I had already done in my previous phone call.
I was told the request for refund for the BIS would take 72hrs. I do not want this amount to go off again this month as I cannot afford this... I am SOOOOO SICK AND TIRED OF POOR SERVICE, I will never be upgrading again with MTN as I cannot deal with poor service and incorrect billing. Please can someone contact me and make sure that the amount I was billed for incorrectly the past two months will be credited to my account.
