Where to begin.. had to choose nature of complaint and decided on accounts just because it's the latest issue. So after months of being on hold for hours at a time (084145) finally upgraded. This is after my previous phone was in for repairs for over 3 months and at one stage no one could tell me where my phone was... I didn't like the contract options CellC had on offer; I don't send messages but use a lot of minutes and data for work. I reluctantly upgraded and stayed with CellC because of the low low 15c / Mb data IN AND OUT OF BUNDLE.
BOGUS! Once you sign up for any of the horrid contract options, they will bill you 99c per minute (AND PER MB!) So now I've added another data bundle to my contract and still the "out of bundle" part of the advertised 15c per MB won't apply to me because once I use up my 500Mb 500Mb committed data, I get charged 99c per MB again. I'm stuck now in a brand new contract which will cost me too much to get out of... so my advise to all... DON'T BE FOOLED, the advertising is ambiguous and misleading and you will be disappointed. I've been a loyal customer since forever, but this relationship has gone stale...
