MTN does not care one bit about their customers

At the end of march I queried my account as I always stay within my package and gave done for years and suddenly my bill more than doubled. I called and asked for an itemised bill, was told it would be e-mailed to me and that I would be charged. I was charged (of course) but no e-mail arrived. I queried this and was told the charge would be reversed and that they would send me the info I requested. I was sent the wrong info!!! I phoned again and begged someone to please send me the itemised billing and was once again told it would be sent to me. (still waiting) I went into the MTN store at the waterfront as I thought maybe someone would respond if they saw me in person. I was told it would be escalated to the relevant dept and someone would call me back (still waiting). I phoned again and asked again and was told it would be sent to me (still waiting) last week I went into the store at the Waterfront again and begged someone to PLEASE PLEASE help me get this info, surely it cant be that complicated. It's not as if I'm asking for something from 10 years ago. I was promised that someone would get back to me within 48 hrs (STILL WAITING). I cannot wait for my contract to end.
