Applied for cell num 0728091949 to be closed mid July. Told it would take2 months? and they would double bill me. Payment of R1510.51 debited form my bank acc. I also paid R565.49. THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME FOR THIS NUMBER despite several attempts to sort it out telephonically. I visited the store on 6 Dec... waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. A lady called Pinkie phoned in to head office who did know what to do so she sent anemail and said she would try to sort it out. AND SAID she would call me in 2 days. It's now 2WEEKS and still no word. Tried calling but no response. I SENT 2x emails to customer care... Still no response. Went into store on Saturday... she was not there and they promised to give her my number and tell her to call me... STILL WAITING!!! I WANT TO BE REFUNDED FOR OVER BILLING on 0728091949.

SECOND COMPLAINT: I have complained to them that I am being OVER CHARGED on my account and requested itemised billing AS PROOF for my 0833400575 number several times over the past few months. They force you to pay for itemized billing but then refuse to send it to you. I WANT ALL ITEMISED BILLING for Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec.
