I had a simple request of changing my banking details since my bank account was changed 2 days ago. I call into the call center and give all my new banking details and offer to deposit the amount due for following month a few days early just in case they cannot debit my account in time. However, even after all my co-operation, I'm told by the consultant and then a very rude supervisor, Baba, that I will be charged a fee because I'm changing my details too late and that there is nothing he can do for me. I'm so disappointed with this level of service! MTN will have their Monday 5 days earlier than they would have before, but they still refuse to do anything to help me. I've dealt with banks and many service providers who reverse charges and go the extra mile to help their clients, MTN doesn't do such things apparently. If you want your contract customers to be loyal to you then start helping us first, not just squeezing every cent out of us.
