I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW CHANGING BANKING DETAILS IS ROCKET SCIENCE!!
I changed my banking details with virgin, went in 2 weeks before the end of may. Come end of may they try to withdraw it from my previous bank account. First Monday in June I went in and told the lady listen can I pay for the month since you debited from the wrong account where as she answers, the account shows its been payed they wont take my money. Okay 3 days later the head office calls me why didn't I pay my account, so I told them they should get my new details from the branch and debit it ASAP. On the 15th of June a new debit goes through on my previous account again. I went to virgin again and ask them why didn't they change it. The lady Promised me PEDRO from admin will call me the day after 20 June'13 that never happened. 21 June went to speak with manager 5am he told me to speak with Pedro at 2pm. went to the virgin just to get confirmation that she will only be in on Monday morning again! The level of service is really poor. OK here is the cherry on the cake. I pay for my Fiance's account also which they manage to change to my new banking details.!
