In February I switch Banks and requested the debit orders to be switched. I contacted Direct Axis and advised them that my banking details has changed and they should also collect debit order from my new account. The following month I contacted them and they confirmed that they have correct banking details and debit order will collect from new account. I latter received a phone call from Direct Axis advising that my account is in arrears as I have closed the previous account. I confirmed with the consultant that I have changed the banking details and I have also informed Direct Axis of the changes. I made arrangement for them to collect the arrears amount. On Tuesday I received a call from Direct Axis advising that my account is in Arrears. On Wednesday I received a call again from Rika and later from Sadika Weele who was so rude to me. I asked her because I have put the debit order in place how come my account is in areas she said " you have answered yourself" and i asked to speak to the manager and she said "she doesn't have a number" I advised her that there was sufficient fund in my account she said "she doesn't have access to my account I am the one who has access"
