Change of banking details not done after 2 months

I went in on 18/2/2013 to MTN Brooklyn Square to change my banking details as I intended to close the existing account. I did take along all the required documentation. Dealt with Keabetswe Makgale. Received two e-mails from her to confirm that the required information/documents have been send through to Corpoarte Business Operations. Closed the bank account in the mean time. Discovered on 4/4/2013 that cell phone account has not been paid as MTN has for some or other reason not changed the banking details. I have fulfilled all the requirements stated on the contract with MTN. MTN are not doing their part. Have struggled since 4/4/2013 to get confirmation that banking details have in fact been changed. No success thus far. So here I am a client with a debit order since 1998 that is willing to pay and a service provider that for some or other reason is unwilling or incompetent enough not to be able to change my banking details (should be a simple task). Hope this can be sorted as soon as possible. PS - was told on 4/4/2013 that I have to settle the outstanding amount first before they would change the banking details as if I am not willing to pay.
