After changing banking details with Fnb, the debit order bounced. we called them to make alternate arrangements, which we were offered 2 of. we opted for the double debit on the following month, which was fine. then we called today to check the banking details and confirm the double debit and were now told that we would be charged an additional fee of R1390 to double debit...
they also refused to change the debit order details or date until the account was paid up in full.
after the amounts my family has spent with them i will definitely be advising that we all change.
