Nedbank changed my banking detail as I requested from STD to FNB in Jan, but never informed me that if the debit order date is changed from the last day of the month to the 1st day of the month that it will reflect negatively on my credit record, I phoned them and they informed me that this will be fixed as it was the responsibility of the consultant to inform me of this before changing the date, but it never happened. Then they debited my Std and Fnb account, again I had to struggle to get a refund for the extra amount debited. Then at the end of March they did not debit my account at all, when I realised this I phoned them, but they did not fix their mistake and again my account is showing in arrears for 30 days for a second month. I again phoned them, but according to the consultant they will investigate the matter but said that it is not their responsibility to make sure my account is up to date, again they will not fix my credit record. This is unacceptable as I signed a debit order with Nedbank to take the money each month. This is the worst service I have had from any Bank and I was negatively surprised of the incompetence of a service provider to do a "simple" change of banking details.
