OVERCHARGED AND CONSTANT BILLING IRREGULARITIES

I have several lines (contracts) in place with MTN, which are all incidentally TOP UP CONTRACTS (FIXED MONTHLY AMOUNT FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT IS WHAT IT STATES) I have been overcharged on my last bill run on several of my lines and was told by the billing department that it is all correct and that I must provide them with copies of my contract as to justify my allegations, seriously, secondly on upgrading one of my lines, I have been billed for the new tariff of a 1 GIG TOPUP DATA, for 2 months in a row, but only received data according to the previous plan which was 500MB data, selling me the products from your company are 1 thing but the transition and follow through support are as poor as it gets, which incidentally also means i am paying more until i prove otherwise, so what's the point of the contract.
