Incorrect billing for 3 months, cannot contact MTN

For 3 months I have been wondering why my MTN bill has been so exorbitent, and have been unable to contact MTN accounts about it. I do not get itemised billing to explain why the account bill is so high, and since the data contract didn't come with a cell phone number, MTN cannot let me get through to a consultant to speak to them about it.

I am on a R499 contract, and without going above (1gb was carried over to this month) the data allocation, they have charged me nearly R800. I need this seriously looked at, and I expect for the bill to change, and to be reimbursed if found that I've been overcharged. I find this unacceptable, why would MTN charge so much above the contract amount, and then be uncontactable to dispute the bill?

Terrible, terrible. Right now I'd love to just cancel this contract, but I suspect that I'd still be billed for it afterwards. Come on MTN.
