Totally Disappointed with Service

I have been a Vodacom customer with the same number for over a decade. When i defaulted with my account the lines were all cancelled (4 lines). I paid the arrears amount to reactivate the account. I have 3 cellphone contracts and a data contract. The one phone contract is never used, I only got it for the Playstation that came with it. Nevertheless, on receiving the sim cards when the services were reconnected from Vodacom i was given the one cellphone sim as a data sim (not knowing at that point), so I inserted that sim into the usb modem. Then i get a data bill at month end for R3800.00 because this sim is apparently not specifically for data, whose fault does that become now, mine apparently. The upgrade on the one cellphone will not be granted due to me being in arrears, but i am still paying R459 per month for the old contract without any upgrade. It is very disappointing when you call and ask whose problem it is and no one can help. It is apparently just my problem to sort out the bill. Very disappointing indeed. Vodacom send me an itemised report on those data charges immediatley please, i find it difficult to believe that data charges will be R3800 and i did not use it often.
