I have mailed and called Cell C repeatedly to ask why my iPhone has been using cellular data and not wifi when it's connected to wifi almost 24h/ day, now adding up to R800.00 data usage on top of my 500 mb included ithe package and they have offered no explanation at all. Just the same thing every time, mailing me a usage spreadsheet but with no explanation.
Starting to regret moving to Cell C...
Anyone knows what the deal is with canceling a contract? (Been less than 2 months)
