I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND AGGRIVATED WITH TELKOM.
I have transferred my asdl data to a new service provider about a year ago.
every month for a year I have spent about a hour one the phone with a Telkom call center rep to cancel my line . every month I get my invoice with the data still being charged.
I am now at my wits end there is nothing I can do and Telkom couldn't be bothered.
I have lost my patience and will make sure that we never get a another Telkom line installed in this office.
unprofessional waste of my precious time!!!
