We took out one of Cell C's iPhone 5 deals with 500mb included. thing is we have had iPhones before this one and know how to use them. They are set up correctly and in no month have I ever before used more than 500mb as I have wifi at home as well.

For the month of Feb they recorded usage to be more than R360 over the given 500mb. Now if they charge a mb at 15c/mb then we are talking almost 2.5gb of data used,? I have no idea how you can use that much on a phone in a month. What I do know is the statement shows 100's of megabytes used at 2, 3, 4 o'clock in the morning! WHILST I AM ASLEEP! This is problem with your systems!

The same thing for the month of march. We had them investigate it at the end of march when the statements started coming in after the postal strike. We spoke to 9 different clueless support agent to whom we had to tell the entire store over and over. They responded to today with an SMS (of all things, pissies) that the data usage was accurate and billing correct. Holy that is pathetic and! YOU ARE! Somehow after the investigation the usage is normal now.

I need a response by end of day tomorrow or I am going to the press!!
