Overbilling for data usage by Cell C

My wife took out a new contract with Cell C in January. We didn't receive any invoices until we managed to register for the MyAccount area (which was offline for weeks) and finally discovered that her address still showed as an old one, when she was a prepaid customer. This despite going through credit checking and providing all the required FICA paperwork. That's now resolved but clearly the systems need updating.

Our complaint is regarding data usage and billing. The bills have been going up and up in the past few months, and data usage is being reported at about 1.5Gb in the past 2 months. Yet my wife's iPhone only shows that 1.1Gb cellular data has been used since December. So where is the other data usage? Also by way of anomaly, Cell C online account shows a data rollover! So how can the two both be right? I have a 250Mb plan and have never gone over this in 2 years. She has 500Mb a month and is a light user.

Investigations by Cell C so far have involved sending my wife the statements and saying nothing is wrong. We disagree. So please investigate.
