Good day. Please assist me. I have logged a Hello Peter complaint on the 17/05/2013 because the S3 mini that was given to me is faulty, I showed the consultant when booking the phone in. He saw the freezing fault when you try and dial a number. I requested for someone to please assist and all I received was a mail saying that they confirmed that there is no fault with the phone and I need to collect it. That is not good enough, there is a fault and I want a resolution now, it has been 18 days since I returned the phone and Tim Mitchel confirmed no liquid or physical damage, The phone doesn't make phone calls without the screen going blank for a few seconds. I requested the Regional Managers contact details from Lomarie and I am still awaiting a response. This is unnacceptable, all I want is for my faulty unit to be replaced. I will not collect the original phone that was sent in as an OBF, so stop asking me to come and collect, I want a new phone as stated in the OBF clause as I returned the phone within 7 days. Now can someone please come back to me with relevant info, do not to tell me that it is confirmed that there is no fault. I want a replacement and I am tired of waiting
