We must have caused the damage!

My Samsung cellphone which is 3 months old refused to turn on. I tested the battery in another phone and it worked. I took the phone to Vodacom Cresta and explained the problem. They sent it for repairs. Samsung repair centre phoned and asked if we were happy with the repair and said it just needed a software upgrade. Cresta had not bothered to let us know it was ready. However I collected the phone and it worked for 24 hours and the SAME fault recurred. As I am a doctor and cannot be without a phone. We returned the phone to Cresta and I bought a Samsung mini Galaxy 3 as my phone {pocket Ace} was no longer available, at a cost of R4999.00 When I went back to enquire {no phone call again}, I was told the phone had come back as water damaged, not repairable, and it was my fault, as I must have damaged it in the 48 hours I had it before I returned it!! with the same original fault. There is no way this phone has been water damaged. Samsung refuses to re-imburse/replace or take any responsibility for my phone
