Good day, please urgently assist. I returned my S3 mini for OBF as it was giving software issues, dropping signal, screen goes blank when trying to make a phone call. Unit was returned on 4/05/13. Was told it would take 5 working days to get replacement. I called in on 10/05/13 as I had no feedback. To be told that it was rejected for no fault found. I had to phone in to get that info from Olinka. She gave me Tims number, I called him and he was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone, telling me: 'This is the facts' etc. Saying that sarcasm isn't going to get me anywhere when I said that they don't accommodate their customers with this policy. After waiting for over a week and then after mentioning that to be told that sarcasm won't get me anywhere is appalling. Tim confirms no liquid or physical damage but still refuses to replace unit. I am not asking for a different make or model so why would I waste my time requesting a new unit under OBF if it isn't faulty? 2 weeks since I returned the phone and still no resolution. They don't even have the decency to pick up phone and call me; they send me a mail to say they still can't find a fault. Please help
