Ridiculous service by Vodacom

I have just bought 250 MB data bundle from Vodacom Brooklyn. The salesman Frans Game loaded the voucher number IN0019T001097268. When i tried to connect my 3G, it displayed the message that i have no funds.
I phoned the customer care care and spoke to Shawn Thompson. He informed me that he cannot assist me.
All i want is my refund as i have not used the bundles.
