Vodacom
Bad service

I handed my phone in for repairs to Norma at the vodacom shop in the Glen in February 2013 as it was freezing and switching off on its own, I went to collect it on 2nd March 2013 only to find that my phone was dented on the bottom steel plate and had dust stuck under the screen, immediately it was sent back to be repaired by Heinrich and Johan to now have the damage repaired, the phone was returned and i went to collect on the 28th March only to find that it was not repaired once again a huge let down, so Norma sent it back and i got an sms on 22 April 2013 to say my phone is on its way to the collection point, i went in on th 24th to collect my phone and was told by Heinrich and Johan that the couriers have not yet delivered the phone. I went in this morning and once again, was told that they cannot find my phone, Mbuso said that he would make a few calls and get back to me by the end of the day. I returned to my office and called the Regional offices in Midrand and spoke to Neo, who confirmed that the phone was already delivered by the courier service to the vodacom shop at the Glen on the 23rd April at 03H15. I ask with tears in my eyes what kind of service is this!!!
