Vodacom Service Is Pathetic

I upgraded my cellphone contract on 2nd Sept 2013 and took a Samsung Galaxy S4. Within 7 days the phone would reboot by itself when launching the camera. Vodacom replaced as per their policy and the new phone did the same. 2nd unit was replaced as well and I was advised by Samsung to ask Vodacom to get a replacement unit from a different batch. This I did and received my 3rd different unit in 3 weeks which did exactly the same! Logged another call on Sunday 29th Sept with Vodacom upgrades dept who said they would collect the 3rd unit, cancel the upgrade and once that is done I could upgrade to a different phone! Its now been almost 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later to Vodacom and they still haven't collected the faulty phone! The only answer I get is we'll collect within 2 days! Its now been 12 days and I'm still sitting with a faulty phone. After being a loyal customer for 13 years this is the level of service I get? Absolutely pathetic Vodacom! I've offered to drop the phone anywhere in cape town and was told I cannot as I upgraded telephonically and a courier service will collect the phone! When Vodacom when? When my contract is due for upgrade in 2 years time???
