Being a new subscriber to MTN, I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. Every call centre agent at MTN kept referring me to another consultant as they could not help me. I spent 3 weeks of endless phonecalls and frustration, for not being able to use my new cellphone. Many greatful thanks to Cenocia for finally solving my problem. Why don't we as a customer recieve our sms's, airtime and data at the same time as it is is a packaged deal?? Why are the terms and conditions not explained before purchasing the contract.
