VODACOM ONLINE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS

Expensive vodacom can't stick with their policy and conditions and terms only when is against them. I was by vodacom online website when they promise me with next day delivery services, after more than two weeks i final recieve my 2phon i buy online, and my anger was cooled up by the invelop tittled: next day delivery terms and conditions. After i ready the conditions according my understand nothing that make me not to fit for the conditions:

A.1st i receive my phone after two weeks,
B. 2nd i order my phone online b4 noon as they mentioned in their conditions.
C. I called to log complain abt late deliver
D. after few days i make follow up about my complain no complain was logged but I hv sms proof
E.I called another day, rude agent tell me nothing they can do bcs i dont qualify
F. last time i called i was told that the terms only apply wen stock still available but that is not on terms on conditions of next day delivery
G. other day i was told that only if u r in JNB next day deliv apply
H. other day I was told that it depend on what time your order approved

what worry me, all this is not on terms n conditions n so far i hv no answer that impress me.
